I do plenty for free, so when I take on a job the pay needs to be reasonable - thanks !
I have contributed to many newpapers and magazines in London, Paris and elsewhere, including regular work for The Guardian, The Times, Liberation, New Statesman & Society, The Spectator, New Scientist - find some of those images by searching for "Commissioning Client". I also worked for well known clients in publishing, design and advertising.
These days I produce regular ›Illustrations for ›The Economist Newspaper in London and work for other clients, such as Nature, UK or ›The Natural History Magazine, NY. Thanks to my scientific background, I am particularily interested ( and competent ) in making images relating to science and technology.
On the other hand, I also draw well and I am always keen to get away from computers.
Photography is a very productive activity - it can be done just about anywhere, at any time, using a remote flash system, or in comfort of my London studio, hundreds of images are produced during each ›Session.
I drive a van and can get to pretty much any place in Europe in a day or two.
